GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ORDERS

All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on this Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued.

PRICES

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. The total invoice price (Total amount due) is inclusive of Sales Tax applied with individual state and local regulations. An estimation of the tax charges will be indicated according to the State of the shipping address in the Payment page of the Shopping Bag. This estimation will also be equal or less than the appropriate Sales Tax applied. SHIPPING COSTS

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the products have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a carrier.

ORDER PROCCESING

All orders placed through our website (www.plastieksociety.com / www.miamiisplastiek.com) before 5:00pm Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same business day in which they were placed*. All orders placed after 5:00pm Eastern Time will be processed and shipped on the next business day*. *Business days exclude weekends and/or holidays.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

All orders placed through our website (www.plastieksociety.com / www.miamiisplastiek.com) will be shipped via USPS Ground services. You will receive a USPS tracking number and a delivery confirmation upon placing an order. If you wish to have your shipment upgraded you must contact our shipping department at shipment@miamiisplastiek.com for further information regarding payment, confirmation and rush delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

BINDING AGREEMENT

Our order confirmation and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.

RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, and only if, you do not receive the exact product specified in your order, you may return UNUSED products for an EXCHANGE ONLY within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The product you wish to return:

a) can be sent back to us only after you have contacted our returns and shipment department at: shipment@miamiisplastiek.com within fifteen (15) days from delivery; after contacting our returns and shipment department you will receive a Return Form, by completing and submitting our Return Form via email you will receive your Return Number;
b) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
c) must have all refund tags still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;
d) must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
e) must be sent in its original packaging;
f) must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery;
g) must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
h) must be shipped from the United States.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will exchange the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. Return shipping is free ONLY in returns made due to Plastiek LLC’s mistakes (ex: size, color or style different from the one ordered). We will not issue any exchanges for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request (within fifteen (15) days of being notified that you are not entitled to an exchange) that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider’s fulfillment house. Your written request for the return of your merchandise must be made within fifteen (15) days. Your written request must also indicate your agreement to pay for return shipping and your method of payment for such shipping. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said fifteen (15)-day period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a garment, Exchanges are processed within approximately three (3) business days after receipt of your return. Once we receive your returned garment you will be informed in detail regarding the exchange progress. Once the exchange request has been received we will ship out your exchanged garment within three (3) business days and will send you the notification of the shipment. For any questions regarding our Return or Exchange policy, process or progress on an already existing exchange order please contact our returns and shipment department at shipment@miamiisplastiek.com

WE OFFER NO EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

USPS

Your return must be sent to us by USPS ONLY. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products if you ship your return without using USPS.
